A Discovery Analysis;™ will include bench marking your company's financial information against your industry, similar size and general location companies, analyzing the metrics you track, looking at your information systems, and providing a confidential report of key findings. It will also include proposed strategy and timelines for implementation of the strategy.
How do I Work with Your Company?
I am a strategic consultant, and as such, I work with you and your staff to transfer my knowledge to the enterprise. My typical engagements are long term in nature, but it really depends on the puzzle you want to solve.
Do You Have to Use My Services?
I work with you on a “handshake” basis. The Discovery Analysis™ is a free assessment report that you keep. It contains an agreement between us, not a contract.
I began my career as a CPA with Arthur Andersen & Co. in Chicago in the mid-80’s. In late 80’s, I moved into private industry, working as a Controller for a large industrial equipment distributor. After a few years, I changed my career and, while completing my MBA, went to work for Merrill Lynch wealth management group. I was at Merrill Lynch for 5 years. As part of the curriculum at Kellogg, my classmates and I helped an entrepreneur write a business plan, which was later acquired by a publicly traded electronics manufacturing company, Dauphin Technology, Inc. As one of the authors of the plan, I was recruited for a role of CFO for Dauphin. 6 years later, after leaving Dauphin, I served as the CFO of Tezzaron Semiconductor company, role that lasted for 6 years. My last full-time job, before joining B2B CFO® as a partner, was as a Director of International Operations for Belmont Trading Company. In that role I was responsible for profitability and operations of companies in Latin America, middle east and far east.
